Now you can build dynamic segments with greater precision. Use a wider range of available filters to define customer groups and deliver content most relevant to them.
Choose who you want to be included in your segment based on user attributes and conditions. For example, to build the segment of your most engaged users, filter by those who have clicked through your marketing emails at least 5 times. Then use this segment to send them special VIP promotions.
Or filter out customers who added an article to the cart in the last 30 days but never paid. Then send them a voucher code to incentivize the purchase.
The best part? Contacts in saved segments will automatically update based on your set conditions! No more time spent manually managing the contacts.
Segmentation is already available to all Brevo (ex Sendinblue) users.
